JOB PURPOSE: Be in charge of developing and executing sales and marketing plans for the assigned markets at Central Vietnam region, with a focus on the concrete admixtures and construction chemicals segment. The role drives revenue growth by building strong customer relationships, delivering technical solutions, and ensuring full alignment with Sika’s commercial and quality standards.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES / NHIỆM VỤ CÔNG VIỆC
Sales Planning & Target Achievement: Develop and implement strategic sales plans for the Central Vietnam territory. Achieve both short- and long-term sales targets in line with regional and company objectives. Provide monthly status reports to the Sales Supervisor.
Technical Support & Customer Solutions: Conduct product testing and present value propositions to customers. Optimize concrete mix designs in collaboration with customers and technical teams. Resolve customer technical issues promptly and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Market Intelligence: Gather and analyse market and customer information related to demand, performance requirements, and financial conditions in the Central Vietnam region. Report market insights to the Sales Supervisor to support commercial decisions.
Cross-functional Coordination: Coordinate information and documentation between Sika Vietnam and external stakeholders (customers, owners, contractors). Liaise with internal departments – Pricing, Credit, Customer Service, and Finance – to ensure quotations, contracts, deliveries, and after-sales services are aligned with Sika policies.
Compliance: Comply with all laws and Sika regulations, processes, and Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) minimum requirements. Adhere to occupational safety and hygiene measures as outlined in the workplace. Uphold all agreements on occupational safety and hygiene stipulated in the Labor Contract or collective bargaining agreement.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in any related field; candidates with a Construction or Chemical engineering background are preferred.
Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience in the Building Materials or Chemical industry, with direct exposure to the concrete admixtures segment preferred.
Skills: Good organisational and communication skills. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel within the Central Vietnam region. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Working proficiency in English.
