BASIC FUNCTION OF THE JOB:
- The PIC Data Analyst is responsible for driving data-driven decision-making across the end-to-end manufacturing planning, including Production Planning, Sales Order Management, Material Planning, Inventory Management, and Warehousing.
- This role serves as the bridge between Operations, Manufacturing, IT, and Business Leadership by developing advanced analytics, Control Tower capabilities, Planning Master Data Governance frameworks, and dashboards.
- The successful candidate will transform operational data into actionable insights that improve customer service, inventory performance, manufacturing efficiency, supply continuity.
Supply Chain Analytics & Business Intelligence
• Develop and maintain Supply Chain KPIs, metrics, scorecards, and executive dashboards.
• Analyse end-to-end supply chain performance, identifying trends, risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
• Create predictive and prescriptive analytics to support planning and operational decision-making.
• Deliver actionable insights for inventory optimization, customer service improvement, and cost reduction.
• Automate reporting processes to improve data accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews with analytical insights.
Control Tower Development & Maintenance
• Design, build, and maintain Supply Chain Control Tower solutions that provide real-time visibility across:
- Demand and Supply
- Capacity Allocation & Production Planning
- Sales Order Management
- Inventory Optimization
- Warehousing Operations
- OTD
• Develop exception management and early warning systems for supply chain disruptions.
• Implement KPI monitoring and alert mechanisms for critical supply chain events such as New Products Development, new customer project…
• Drive data integration across ERP, MES, WMS, APS, and other operational systems.
Master Data Governance and Systems Integration
• Establish and maintain Master Data Governance standards across:
- Material Master (Planning Parameters)
- Customer Master
- Inventory Attributes
• Coordinate with Engineering team to monitor master data quality, integrity, completeness, and compliance for: BOM, Routing, Cycle time
• Partner with business stakeholders to improve data accuracy and standardization.
• Extract, transform, and analyse data from ERP, APS, WMS, MES, and other enterprise systems.
• Support data architecture and integration initiatives.
• Ensure data consistency across multiple systems and reporting platforms.
• Collaborate with IT and Digital Transformation teams to implement scalable analytics solutions.
