Mô tả Công việc

Responsibility 1: Formulate an annual development strategy and plan

Build strategies and annual development plans in accordance with the company's business goals and strategies;
Plan and propose potential provinces and cities to open Hypermarket/ Shopping Mall of the company.

Responsibility 2: Project development

Search and identify potential site for hypermarket/shopping mall;
Propose suitable premises in accordance with the company's goals and strategies.
Work with Committee, land owners, real estate agencies and other partners to find suitable site for hypermarket/shopping mall (based on location criteria, area, advantages and disadvantages at the request of the Company's BOD);
Coordinate with law firm appointed by the company to negotiate with investors/ landlords about the development process, structure and content of the contract;
Support the Development Director, line manager to negotiate prices and contract terms;
Monitor the progress of the project.

Responsibility 3: Other tasks

Implement other assigned task by Development Director or General Director;
Comply all regulations

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Education: College above - Major: Economics, Business Administration, Project Management, Real Estate…
At least 2 years of experience in (supermarket/ hypermarket) sourcing
Certificate: Real estate brokerage, real estate market analysis, project management…

Specific Knowledge

Knowledge about real estate market in Vietnam
Knowledge about retail market (supermarket/ hypermarket)
Good relationship with partners, Real Estate agency, Committee;
Communication and negotiation skill;
Market analysis skill and reporting, critical thinking.
Project Management skill;
Planning, organization, manage & develop team.
Proficient in MS office, especially MS Excel and Power Point;
Willing to go on a business trip abroad or to other provinces in the country.
