Job Description-QA(IPQA)

No.of positions: 1 (Male)

Education Requirements: College.

• Will work as QA-Staff member for Cephalosporin facility
• Perform in-process QA activities for Dry Power injection line , Hard capsule line
• Perform In-process checks, line clearance for manufacturing
• Perform IPQA sampling for the in-process stage, Finished product stage
• To monitor the aseptic activities during manufacturing operations.
• Assisting in handling of QMS documents
• Prepare test request forms, Handover samples to QC department for the respective stage
• Prepare reports, documents related to the activities
• Support to QA staff during routine operations
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on day-to-day operations

Job Description-QA (Validation)

No.of Positions: 1 (Male)

Education Requirements: College / University-Chemical / Biology

• Will work as QA-Staff member for Cephalosporin Sterile & Non-sterile facility
• Execute Equipment Qualifications & Validation activities for the facility, equipment and process.
• Execute the Qualifications of Utilities like HVAC, Water system, Temperature Mapping activities
• Validation of Steam sterilizer, and other process equipments
• Prepare the protocols, reports for Qualification and Validations
• Prepare SOP documents related to QA
• Monitoring the Re-qualification schedules
• Support to QA staff during routine operations
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on day-to-day operations.

Job Description-QA (Office Staff)

No.of positions: 1 (Female)

Education: Intermediate / College

• Will work as QA-Staff member for Cephalosporin Sterile & Non-sterile facility
• To manage all master documents, scanning, storage, File arrangements
• To issue the formats, documents
• Monitor the activities related to retention samples
• Support data entry for QA activities
• Support to QA staff during routine operations
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on day-to-day operations for data collection, documents movements.
