Mô tả Công việc

  1. Brand Strategy Development & Execution
  1. Develop and execute brand communication strategies aligned with company vision and business objectives.
  2. Define brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
  3. Monitor industry trends and ensuring the company’s brand image aligns with its values and objectives
  4. Develop and update brand guidelines and identity standards
  1. Integrated Marketing Campaign Management
  1. Develop and execute integrated marketing plans combining ATL, BTL activities.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  3. Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and performance evaluation.
  4. Overseeing public relations efforts.
  1. Content & Communication Channel Management
  1. Responsibilities include crafting and delivering compelling messages, driving brand awareness.
  2. Manage internal and external communication channels.
  3. Monitor content performance metrics and propose improvement initiatives to enhance communication impact.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline strategic communications.
  1. Performance Tracking & Reporting
  1. Define KPIs for ATL, BTL, and Branding activities.
  2. Track performance and prepare regular reports for management.
  3. Use insights to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Knowledge & qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field Proficiency in relevant marketing and communication tools.
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and Strategic Communications.
  • Expertise in Brand Management and Integrated Marketing.
  • Experience in Public Relations and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration abilities with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Experience:
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing campaign management or related roles.
  • Experience in B2C marketing in agro industries
  • Familiarity with paid media campaigns and influencer marketing.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., DMS, FFS, Track & Trace,…..).
