UrBox has the widest network of clients in loyalty in Vietnam and provides loyalty & reward solutions to many big organizations in the aviation, banking, FMCG, Insurance, Real Estate industries and more.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Training Design & Delivery

Develop training programs on products, processes, and sales skills
Coordinate and organize training sessions (offline and/or online)
Support onboarding for new hires

2. Training Content Management & Knowledge Base

Develop and update training materials (videos, slides, guidelines) under direct manager’s guidance
Manage the knowledge base system, including AI-powered learning tools

3. Training Content Update

Collaborate with internal teams to update training content in line with product updates and business direction

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

REQUIREMENTS

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, Education, or related fields
Preference for candidates with background or certification in Learning & Development (L&D) or sales enablement

Professional Experience

6 months - 1 year of experience in training, sales enablement, or capability development
Experience working in a B2B environment or supporting sales teams is a plus
Experience in developing training materials (slides, videos, guidelines)
Experience with e-learning platforms or AI-supported training tools is a plus

Language Skills

English proficiency is an advantage
