UrBox has the widest network of clients in loyalty in Vietnam and provides loyalty & reward solutions to many big organizations in the aviation, banking, FMCG, Insurance, Real Estate industries and more.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Data Architecture & Pipeline Engineering: Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines to move and transform data from disparate sources into our Data Warehouse/Data Lake.
Product-Centric Data Modeling: Collaborate closely with Product Owners to understand feature roadmaps and design data models that align with business logic and user needs.
AI & Innovation Support: Optimize data flows and Vector Databases to support internal AI Multi-Agent projects and advanced OCR capabilities.
Performance Optimization: Monitor and tune data systems for maximum speed and reliability, ensuring low-latency access for product applications.
Governance & Security: Implement data quality checks and ensure compliance with high-level security standards (such as PCI-DSS) to protect user and partner data.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Data Analysts to provide clean, structured datasets that drive product insights and informed decision-making.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

REQUIREMENTS:

Programming Mastery: Proficiency in Python or Scala. Ability to write clean, production-grade, and testable code.
Data Ecosystem: Hands-on experience with SQL (PostgreSQL), NoSQL, and Big Data frameworks (e.g., Spark, Flink, Kafka).
Cloud Infrastructure: Strong experience with AWS services (S3, Redshift, Glue, Lambda, Athena).
Modern Data Stack: Familiarity with data orchestration tools (Airflow, Dagster, or Prefect) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
Data Modeling: Expertise in dimensional modeling, schema design, and experience with Vector Databases for AI applications.
Product Mindset: A strong "product-first" mentality—understanding not just how to build, but why it matters for the end-user.
Analytical Thinking: Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on system scalability and data integrity.
Communication: Ability to bridge the gap between technical complexity and business requirements.
Agile Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.

Receivers can get digital gifts instantaneously on their phones to redeem at offline & online stores. UrBox automates the entire gifting experience for both Brands, gift suppliers/merchants & customers.

Our API integration connects businesses with an ever-growing network of national and international gift suppliers/merchants. We also connect Brand with customers through multiple digital channels, they receive the gift instantly and store it on their app.

In the local market, UrBox is the only digital gifting platform working as a SAAS model, providing API to automate connecting brands with gift suppliers/merchants. Base on that we have 2 main business lines:
