Mô tả Công việc

Develop, implement, and continuously improve welding processes (MIG, TIG, Spot welding) to ensure stable production and consistent quality
Establish, review, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process parameters
Define welding quality standards, inspection methods, and acceptance criteria
Monitor daily production quality and analyze welding defects such as cracks, porosity, distortion, and burn-through
Lead root cause analysis using tools such as 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram, and FMEA
Implement and follow up Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to prevent recurrence
Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to resolve process and quality issues
Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and ensure process readiness for mass production
Evaluate and improve Design for Manufacturing (DFM) related to welding processes
Conduct training for operators and technicians on welding standards, process control, and quality requirements
Establish and maintain welder qualification and certification programs
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as First Pass Yield (FPY), defect rate, and scrap rate
Prepare regular reports on quality performance and improvement initiatives
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies in the welding shop
Participate in continuous improvement activities (Lean, Kaizen, 5S) to enhance productivity and reduce waste

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Welding Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in welding process engineering or manufacturing quality
Experience in automotive, motorbike, or electric vehicle manufacturing is preferred
Strong knowledge of welding technologies (MIG, TIG, Spot welding) and welding parameters
Familiar with welding standards and specifications (AWS, ISO, etc.)
Good understanding of quality control systems and tools (7 QC tools, FMEA, Control Plan)
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Experience in root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies (5 Whys, Fishbone, CAPA)
Good communication and teamwork skills
Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
Proactive, responsible, and able to work under pressure
