Mô tả Công việc

Research potential vendors by strategic sourcing, auditing, and selection.
Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.
Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing.
Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
Review quality of purchased products.
Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information in system.
Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses, price trend, saving cost supplier performance.
Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage.
Attend trade shows and exhibitions to stay up-to-date with industry trends.
Solve arising issues during purchase: inadequate quality, late delivery…
Make payment plan with risk off.
Report immediately to supervisors/manager all difficulties plus a solution (if any).
Make action plan with root causes, corrective action and preventive action for any off, risk off.
Maintain good relationship with suppliers.
Sale off overstock materials.
Other tasks assigned by supervisors/manager.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating, and liaising with vendors).
Strong sourcing, purchasing skills in furniture.
Hands-on experience with purchasing software ERP, MRP.
Understanding of supply chain procedures.
Solid analytical skills, with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analyses.
Negotiation skills, communication skill & good at English.
