Mô tả Công việc

Able to select, train, motivate and retain staff to achieve high levels of performance;
Driving a systematic process and evaluating customer demand, ensuring a feasible operational plan and driving continuous improvement in key materials metrics, such as OTD, MPS performance, FG / WIP inventory and Hub level
Versed in production planning and material control processes in manufacturing;
Drive process improvements in production planning and material control which lead to improve On‐Time Delivery (OTD) and material kitting rates;
Ensuring that the appropriate Master Schedule is always loaded that meets the customer requirements and minimizes company liability.
Drive capacity planning by tag time process in production capacity planning processes as they related to manufacturing;
Manage the order in‐take control per capacity planning, firmed order against demand forecast and its variance analysis, production order schedule and its delivery performance
Manage the demand against capacity planning, material kitting planning, manufacturing order planning, RMA and ECO processes as they relate to manufacturing;
Where necessary roll their sleeves up to get stuck into detail and lead by example.
